Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns, but we do not accept returns for refunds. We allow returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item. All Clearance/Sale items are final sale, no exceptions.

Accessories (including Jewelry, Glasses, Bags, Hats)
All products specified in their descriptions as those listed above are considered final sale items.
To be eligible for a exchange/store credit, your item must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, and in the SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package when shipped.

If you are exchanging an item, please include a list of the items you exchanging your item for.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1163 March Lane, Suite B, Stockton CA 95210, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, it may take 3-7 business days for the package to arrive.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
